Professional Bio:
Erin Bach was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, where she taught high school English for nearly a decade and was a teacher consultant for the Cal State Northridge Writing Project. Her work centers around grief, erasure, motherhood, obsession, memory, and the body. She is a Certified Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coach and holds an MFA in Poetry. She is the Education Director for The Institute for Poetic Medicine. She currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and daughter.

Hi, I’m Erin. I’m a reader, a writer, a poet, a wife, a daughter, a mother, a sister, a woman in this world. I’m an introvert, an artist, a listener, a Netflix binger, and I always feel like the tallest person in the room (I’m not. I’m 5’7”). I am a third-generation California girl, but I moved to Georgia and fell in love with the trees. In 2020, my creativity flooded out of me into journals that combine text and image, collage and paint, photos and found words, mind maps and tarot spreads. The flood keeps coming.
